I’d like to express my sincere thanks to Diane and her team. I was very impressed by the sensitivity, care and compassion in dealing with my partners family at such a sad time. When I saw my partners mother Maria at the Chapel of Rest, the team were warm and friendly. Maria looked so different from the night she passed – it was evident that a huge amount of care and attention had been put into making her so well-presented. Diane went above and beyond and nothing seemed to be too much to ask. The funeral was arranged exactly in line with Maria’s wishes and it was a lovely send off. I would certainly recommend you to other people.

We lost our beloved brother, father, son, partner and friend in June , although we knew he was dying it came quicker than expected and nothing had been arranged. I sent a message for Diane in the early hours of the morning he passed away and she called back before 8, she arranged everything in a few hours and made a terrible day better. She also was very good about getting him to his PM and back with no fuss. Highly recommended as Diane really does care and is very kind.

On the evening of 17 March 2021, we lost my mother. Having already been in contact with Diane and arranged what my mother would want at her funeral, at a time of such sorrow, Diane was able to give us so much support. At a time of utter grief, Diane went above and beyond to collect my mother with dignity and respect and keep us updated at every turn. The arrangement of my mother's cremation and funeral was painless, all to the efforts of Forget Me Not Funerals. Diane even assisted us greatly with the useless GP surgery regarding paperwork needed for my mother's cremation. Any queries or issues we had, Diane dealt with in a sensitive and respectable manner. If it wasn't for Diane and the staff at Forget Me Not Funerals, we wouldn't have been able to give my mother the send off she really deserved. For Diane and all the staff at FMN, words cannot say how thankful I am to you all for the last day you gave us. Thank you.
