Took in some clothes to donate. But they do not sell clothes at this shop - but they took them anyway to send to their shops that do. Very appreciative of their help - and bought a lovely vintage style piece of kitchenware too! One of the nicer charity shops to visit with everything nicely laid out - and parking right outside.

What an amazing find this Charity store is ! Lovely friendly staff , great lay out of furniture etc and easy to park ! Took my bags of donations, explained gift aid to me and seemed really grateful for my offerings. I shall definitely be back !

I recently donated some furniture to this charity shop and a lovely friendly man picked it up as arranged. Also visited the shop last week, very well stocked and everything nicely arranged, with very friendly staff.

As usual the staff were very helpful. It was the first time I'd taken a bag full of things to donate and you now take them to the side of the building. One of the gentlemen who worked there actually carried it for me which was so kind of him. A good cause.

Large shop with lots to look at. I often donate, but so far haven't purchased anything as I find it very over priced. Two small touch lamps for £15 which I could buy cheaper new in Argos. Need to review their pricing to clear more stock.

Such a handy centre to be able to collect my furniture. It’s good to find a way to recycle and make money for the dogs. Very polite staff! I was able to Gift Aid my donations as well. Inside is like an Aladdin’s Cave very addictive. Well done!

Based on the poor review I read, I telephoned and asked a lady who answered if they wanted any donations. I told her what they were and was told they would accept them and no mention of separating it. When I delivered it the gentleman receiving did ask if I could separate clothing as it's a different department and would help them.. but only next time.. so this is not an issue. Overall friendly and no hassle.. did not have time to look around the shop but will do next time.

Shame i wasted a Sunday morning driving to the depository to donate. Even though the website says they are open Sunday 10am to 4pm, which i checked before I left home, when I got there, they were closed, with a note saying not open Sundays for the next few weeks. Would have been nice to update the website to let people know

Sorted out lots of very clean, presentable items - some new with tags - including clothes, toys, books, china and boxed brand new (with unopened certificates) collectable bear ornaments along with other new goods. Battled through practically gridlocked traffic and finally got to the shop to be told to "empty it out into black sacks" and that if it was toys they "didn't want any more as they had too many". Literally just like that. No "thank you but...." Nothing. Just "empty it out into black sacks" and "we don't want it" in a very unfriendly, brusque manner. We got back in the car and its all at the tip now. It might be a charity shop but that doesn't mean you speak to people like that. I know its for the dogs but this woman was so rude that both my Son and I didn't feel our support was wanted, needed nor welcome. We wont be bothering in the future that's for sure.
